直接在Safari中打开，配置完成后无法启用浏览器通知（应该是系统限制）
添加到主屏幕后，可以启用浏览器通知，但是无法收到通知（无论在前台还是后台）

请问浏览器通知能否在iOS的Safari上正常使用，还是说有限制无法实现？
