Product availability information based on shipping chosen customer address cart.shipping_address ?

I have a requirement where few products in my application are deliverable to specific areas based on shipping address choose at the time of placing the order. If the product is not shippable then it should not allow customer to place order.

Example:

Suppose a customer A residing in 30 Eton St, Sutherland NSW 2232, Australia, can order a pizza, where the pizza can be delivered within Sutherland NSW 2232, Australia administration region.

Whereas customer B cannot order pizza as customer B is residing in 74 Anzac Ave, Engadine NSW 2233, Australia.

How can i implement this with medusajs backend ?

I have already looked at this document, but im bit not sure how to use it.
