Description:

Users may find it challenging to quickly locate and access their most critical documents due to a potentially large and unorganized document dashboard. For example, If a user has more than 10 or 20 documents and wants to work with a specific document, it may be difficult to locate it every time.

The Pinned Documents feature will allow users to designate specific documents as "pinned," ensuring these documents are easily accessible. Users will be able to pin and unpin documents as needed, providing them with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Features:

  1. Users can pin/unpin documents directly from the document dashboard.
  2. A visual indicator (such as an icon or colour change) will highlight pinned documents for quick identification.
  3. Pinned documents will show at the very top of the documents page for easy access.

Benefits:

  1. Users can quickly access important documents without navigating through the entire document dashboard.
  2. The ability to organize and prioritize documents according to individual needs contributes to a more satisfying user experience.
