Description of the new feature / enhancement

Peek supports the display of animated GIF. It would be practical if it could also display animated PNG and WEBP.

Those two format are supported but not their animated version: Peek only displays the first frame.

Here are test images that could be useful. GitHub does not allow WEPB upload, please rename the .webm to .webp.

Scenario when this would be used?

Animated PNG and WEBM are not fully supported in the Window's Photo app, that also only displays their first frame.

Being able to quickly peek those animation without using yet another dedicated tool (or opening them in a browser) would be handy.
