Steps to reproduce

I can use power toy features only after 20 minutes when i logged into my system

✔️ Expected Behavior

OS: Windows 10

Wanted To Use Power Toy Once I logged in to My Computer

Modules Currently I am using : Color Picker, Mouse Highlighter,Text Extractor and Screen Ruler.

❌ Actual Behavior

Usually I can use above mentioned modules only after 20 minutes. It takes this much time to work which is frustrating. So, I hope provided required details and hope the issue will be fixed soon.
