Steps to reproduce

After I used the keyboard manager for some time,about an hour or two, it stopped working , i re-locked the laptop(use the shortcut win+l), then unlocked the laptop, and keyboard manager worked again

✔️ Expected Behavior

Keyboard manager can continue to work, rather than let me frequently lock the computer frequency

Facing this too, ever since I updated PowerToys. Kill and relaunch powertoys did not help. Win+L and unlock computer worked. Release v0.81.0. This did not happen on a previous release.
