Microsoft PowerToys version

0.80.1

Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

Running as admin

No

Area(s) with issue?

FancyZones

Steps to reproduce

The problem only occurs after PowerToys autostart during Windows 10 startup. FancyZones does not work at first. I first have to switch it off and on again before it works.

✔️ Expected Behavior

As in older versions, the FanyZone feature should work immediately after starting the PowerToys software. I only encountered this problem in the more recent versions.

❌ Actual Behavior

After initial starting the PowerToys software, the FancyZone feature does not work. I mainly use it to position the Windows File Explorer windows after opening them. However, this does not work after the initial autostart of the PowerToys software. I always have to switch the FancyZone feature within the PowerToys software off and then on again before it works. That's annoying.

Other Software

FancyZone with Microsoft Windows file explorer.
