Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, MRF is in-memory we must persist this just like replication MRF

Describe the solution you'd like
Persist MRF such that restarts of nodes remember previous objects to heal.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Trigger mc admin heal -r is not very scalable.
