It is located in the main namespace.

Describe the solution you'd like

Move it to the XML folder

Describe alternatives you've considered

Do nothing.

List of tasks to be accomplished

  • Remove references in the main namespace.
  • Fix UT
  • Move it to the destination folder
  • change the namespace of the definition
