In Narrowlink, you can only expose the TCP port from the agent's side to the client's side; it's not possible to expose it to the gateway unless you are running the client on the same machine as the gateway.

I suggest you follow the port-forwarding section in the documentation:

1. Run an agent on any machine you'd like and have it listen in iPerf3 server mode.
2. Run the client on another machine (e.g., gateway) and set up port forwarding like this: narrowlink f -n <agent_name> -l 127.0.0.1:8888 127.0.0.1:<iPerf3-Server-Port>
3. Run the iPerf3 client to connect to the locally forwarded port.

Not at the moment. It requires Diffie–Hellman implementation, and a secure implementation, especially for forward secrecy is challenging.
However, the current encryption uses a unique salt for every message, that you won't obtain the same ciphertext for identical plaintext.
