As part of my ongoing efforts to enhance user experience, I've embarked on a journey to better understand the diverse needs and preferences of our Nextcloud users. Through a recent survey conducted within our community, I've gathered invaluable insights that have helped me create distinct personas. These personas represent the varied user segments within our ecosystem, and I'm excited to share them with you.
Below are the personas I've developed based on the survey responses. Each persona encapsulates a set of characteristics, behaviors, and needs that emerged from your valuable input. I believe these personas accurately represent the different segments of our user base, and I'm committed to leveraging this understanding to optimize Nextcloud for everyone.
I invite you to review these personas and share your thoughts and insights. Your feedback will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of Nextcloud.
Let's continue to build and grow together as a community.

Thanks for sharing the persona ID Cards. Really cool to check out! If here are a few comments from my side, that could help identify the next UX enhancement opportunities (perhaps the persona card isn't the right tool to capture that, but I'll still give it a try).
1/ Identify for each of these personas what is their role as a user ? I could imagine two categories:
The Admin/Manager: They are the ones that will manage the system, create accounts, create the shares and also have to advocate/evangelize/onboard for Nextcloud inside of their personal or corporate organizations ?
They'll have to both require a fast and efficient UX to do all of the deployment/admin work and also be able to quickly onboard new users so that Nextcloud is sticky to them in their organization.
The user: They are the ones that will want to get the job done ASAP. Once they get their login/id, what are the next steps for them. If he's the student, its to store data the right way and efficiently. If he's on the project team in a corporate environnement, it could be to setup meeting quickly, have a quick access to the chat etc.
2/ What environment do they revolve in: Corporate ? Personal use, etc..
3/ Out of survey personas
I understand you created personas based on the survey inputs, but could we also have personas that aren't in your user base where you would like to expand to ? Like I don't know, seniors 65+ years old ? If that's part of the scope, could be worth adding them.
