[Enhancement] Save time format

I like to use this app in the 24h time format, but every time I restart Clock Bar, it goes back to the default 12h time format.
I think it would be nice if the app remembers the time format from last session.

I would like to congratulate with you for the app, It’s perfect in Its simplicity. Just what I was looking for!

By the way I also have a suggestion for you, I think that letting it change between 24h and 12h format by simply touching it it’s not really the best choice. As most of the times I change it without noticing and I would like to simply being always in 24h format. So, I think that the proper solution would be to migrate the possibility to change format inside the settings window.

Other than this I really appreciate your work and the fact that you shared it with everyone. Thanks.

I created a PR with a fix. Nothing sophisticated, I didn't add a new option in the settings window, just a possibility to remember the recently used time format.
