🐛 Bug: Signup page for self-hosted NocoDB should exclude newsletter signup toggle and ToS footer text

Steps to reproduce ?

Open the signup page on a self-hosted NocoDB instance, i.e. https://example.com/dashboard/#/signup/.

Below the password field, there's a toggle with the following text displayed:

Subscribe to our weekly newsletter

And bottommost there's the following text (with a broken link) displayed:

By signing up, you agree to the Terms of Service

Desired Behavior

Neither the newsletter toggle nor the ToS text should be included since they only apply to the hosted NocoDB offer at https://app.nocodb.com/.
