Scroll is broken in 3.17.2297

Got an update for new release and scroll wheel no longer scrolls to new images.

I had to reinstall 3.17.2289 and it now functions again

@Vozf could you please check that "Next Image on Horizontal Zoom" is disabled in your case.

After commit a464839 the effect of scroll and zoom options can be slightly different.

As I mentioned in #968 (comment) having so many options doesn't helping to with clear user journey.

@v-tyrtov with both Mouse Wheel Zooms and Next Image on Horizontal Zoom disabled, normal (vertical) scrolling is now behaves like it was previously
