crop/rotate resets rotation when resizing #1072

When doing a crop/rotate operation, I rotate the selection box. Then if I resize the selection box, the rotation resets to zero.
Using version 3.12 under Linux Mint.

Hello @jantiemen, I could not reproduce with 3.17.2295 (94e91daa) on Arch Linux. Could you try a newer version?
