Include and prioritize "important" matches in search

Feature description

• If the search text has a match in the note title or tag, include such note in the search results by default (without typing title: or tag:) and even rank them before notes with matches in body text only.

Feature motivation

Most of the quick searching I do I want the note titled "ABC", or the notes with the tag "XYZ", rather than the ones with those values in the body, and having to type title: or tag: for what is a quick filter search is a bit tiring.
