[BUG] Tab color menu should indicate current tab coloring #15141

Description of the Issue

When user opens the menu for applying coloring to a tab, if the tab currently has one of the preset colors, that color should be indicated in the menu item for it.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Right click a tab and apply a color (e.g. green aka color 2) to it
  2. See that the tab is now green (this is good)
  3. Again right click the tab and note the menu that pops up

Some indication that the tab currently has the green color, for example:
