Price is right Mini 3 pro. Error code 1112

Hello, I recently won a drone in the price is right. and it shows that the drone was lost/stolen during cargo logistics on 10/10/2022 and won the drone on 3/8/2023. I tried contacting Price is right and DJI but it does not result something just keep going in circles. Is there a way I can remove it manually in my PC or hard reset the drone to activate it would be so much help error code 1112.

no fix for that issue except return to place of purchase, DJI is like Apple locking things remotely
