[Bug] BasicVSR++ epoch display

Task

I'm using the official example scripts/configs for the officially supported tasks/models/datasets.

Reproduces the problem - code sample

tools/dist_train.sh /home/pengxiangxu/data/basic_VSR/BasicVSR_PlusPlus/configs/basicvsr_plusplus_reds4.py 2 --work-dir work_dirs/smalldataset_2gpu_4sample_15fps --resume-from work_dirs/smalldataset_2gpu_4sample_15fps/iter_70000.pth

Reproduces the problem - command or script

Reproduces the problem - error message

Using the same .pth and the same command, the epoch displayed in the files in the workdir is different.
