Is your feature request related to a problem?

To test the email notification, we currently need to wait for changes that will result in an email notification. To test the settings from the configuration file, it is easier and more convenient to test the notification in the user settings on the "Notifications" tab.

Do you have a solution in mind, or a suggestion to improve OpenCVE?

On the "Notifications" page, a button can be added that sends a notification with a test message. This way the admin can check the setting of the configuration and the users can confirm their own email address for notifications.
