I know Azure has some network limitations. I installed a KubeSphere on the VM and installed OpenELB. It distributes the IP successfully, but cannot assign the application to the relevant IP and the application can never be accessed from the outside. Is there a way or service I can fix this? Or is this a problem due to Azure's network restriction? Other than that, what are your suggestions?

The information you've provided is too limited for me to pinpoint where the issue might lie.
In order to diagnose the issue further and assist you better, could you provide more information on how you're using OpenELB within KubeSphere? Could you describe the expected behavior of OpenELB in your context? How are you configuring it and what services or applications are you trying to expose or load balance?
