Bug Description and Steps to Reproduce

Intermittent Issue: When the app is running on iOS or Android, if each unread message is individually tapped, the expected count of unread messages should be 0. However, it is actually displayed as 1. The issue is resolved only after returning to the home screen and re-entering the app.
