Special chars in facets/filters

Facet values / interactive filters with special chars don't work. Test if masked correctly for url and/or Solr query.

Seems to work for most values after filtering entities from named entities recognition by machinelearning by strip() in ETL and merging pull requests with code quality improvements and encoding all facet values, which was not important before, since there were only trusted values / tags until implementation of machine learning.

Will check this with some documents where named entities recognition returns weird multi line strings and special chars.

Added special escaping of tabs (was not in Lucene documentation of escaping special chars) to facet filters, since tabs have to be masked to not be used as char in string instead of term separator of query.
