Need help on fixing external command rmtree

Description of issue

The external command brew rmtree provided by beeftornado/homebrew-rmtree is failing with the following message:

Error: undefined method `uses_args' for Homebrew:Module
/usr/local/Homebrew/Library/Taps/beeftornado/homebrew-rmtree/cmd/brew-rmtree.rb:191:in `block (2 levels) in uses'

It seems it is caused by commit fdc95d0 in Homebrew/brew.

I tried replacing Homebrew.uses_args.parse with Homebrew::CLI::Parser.new.parse, but then I got Error: undefined method 'args_includes_ignores' for Homebrew:Module, though the method args_includes_ignores is defined under dependencies_helpers.rb.

I'm totally new to Ruby and have no idea what I should do next. But I really want to fix rmtree. So could anyone can kindly guide me what should I try?
