endpointsecurity_fim.cpp is not monitoring new files under defined path

What operating system and version are you using?

using mac m1 OS 14.4.1 (23E224)

What version of osquery are you using?

osquery initialized [version=5.12.1]

What steps did you take to reproduce the issue?

defined a path under file_path, so it'll monitored all the existing files when it start but when new file is created inside the same path yara_events captured the event but file is not monitored by es_process_file_event

What did you expect to see?

it should also monitored the new file whenever is created under defined path

What did you see instead?

its not monitoring the new file whenever is created under defined path
