Error 500 after uploading fr_FR directory and choosing French language in the settings

First, tank you for this tool.

I am trying the setup for the first time.

I uploaded the french translation files in the right directory, I selected fr_FR as a the new language in the general settings, saved... and since then, the whole website is error 500 :
