Blue artifact line displayed when selecting table cell in the first row and scrolling down

Steps to reproduce

1. Select any table cell in the first row
   
2. Scroll down the table

Actual behavior

Blue artifact line is displayed below column header.

Expected behavior

Blue line should not de displayed since selection is not visible.

Possible solution

None.
Hovewer note artifact line is not displayed when selecting table cell in any other row except the first one.
