Debug Audiences not showing up on Pantheon platform

The Audiences admin menu does not show up in Pantheon but does locally.
Should figure out what's up.

If necessary, demo can be run locally with Audiences set up if we can get the ES/Altis Accelerate configuration to work with a local site.

I did try to dig into this. I suspect it's related to ElasticSearch not making the connection/connection not being accepted, which is perhaps disabled locally. For the recording, I used local to show personalization and audiences.
