Support for async images with placeholder? #45

I have an AsyncImage class that displays a placeholder when the image is fetching. I tried to use this library with my AsyncImage but it just gets stuck with showing the placeholder. My guess is the WaterFallGrid isn't updating when the AsyncImages changed? Is there any way to handle url images besides pre-loading them into an array of UIImages?
