  1. Make description parameter optional. If not present, description is auto-discovered from first h1 tag in the document.
  2. In order to promote some standardization, require every manual instruction file to be under manual_instructions folder in the classpath. Obviously manual_instructions doesn't have to be specified in the resourceName parameter. Still allows subfolders under manual_instructions.
