Expected behavior: To install a package

Actual behavior: It bringing "npm ERR!...."

Reproduces how often: Every time I've tried to install a package

Versions

> atom --version
Atom    : 1.57.0

> apm --version
apm  2.6.2

OS name and version: windows 10 pro
Platformio-ide-terminal version: Haven't been able to install it due to the error
