Selection of S3 for backups doesn't save, but settings do

Problem Description

Switch Backup Portainer in #!/settings to Store in S3, see the settings that I set, click Save backup settings, get the Success message for S3 set successfully, hit refresh on the browser and it's back on Download backup file.

Expected Behavior

To have a functioning config for backups on an enterprise piece of software. Whole point of Portainer is taking away the headache, but the GUI also doesn't work well in areas like #6692 (comment), it just leaves me feeling like "what is the point?" as it doesn't add anything to the workflow, just adds points of failure and leaves me dealing with no response. Spent a disproportionate amount of time trying to get Portainer working well, but seems to have endless bugs versus other server admin panels.

I've just tested this and am unable to reproduce what you're seeing on 2.20.1. I select Store in S3, enter the details, click Save backup settings, then refresh the page, and Store in S3 remains selected. Because we're unable to reproduce, we'd need some more detail on your setup before we could troubleshoot any further.
