直接导module：smartcropperlib报这个，少了一个so文件么？

解决了。
方法：在local.properties配置好ndk的具体版本，在SDK Tools里面下载低版本的CMake，
仅接着删除

apply plugin: 'com.github.dcendents.android-maven'

以及补充：google() jcenter()
