Admin CLI - Value cannot be set to NULL in table segment commands. #7281

Describe the bug
Currently in table segment commands we cannot set value to null. It mistakenly set it to string "null".

To Reproduce
Using the table segment put and modify commands to set the value to NULL, the value is set to String null.
