[REQ] Implement Copa TODO Comment Features to extend functionality

What is your request or suggestion?

The following copacetic features (currently listed as TODO comments) will enhance Copacetic user experience and extend its functionality. The issues range from adding custom image repos, to handling custom configuration at the package and system level.

• [REQ] Support RPM-based images with valid rpm status but missing tools #602
• [REQ] Add support for custom APT config and gpg key injection #600
• [REQ] Support Debian images with valid dpkg status but missing tools #599
• [REQ] Add support for qualifying image name with designated repository #598
• [REQ] Add support for custom APK config #597
• [REQ] Support "distroless" Alpine Images #596
• [REQ] Test buildkit with defaults #595
• [REQ] discard patch layer for subsequent patches #389

I am super interested in helping with the copacetic features above, and am applying for this mentorship. I just went through the project CLI quick demo, and it is indeed a very useful tool. I love the usage of both Golang and various shell scripts needed by the copa CLI.
