2、参考这个项目 https://github.com/trganda/obsidian-attachment-management
支持将所有md文件附件保存到同一个文件夹下，并根据md文件所在路径，创建文件夹，保持附件的路径与md文件夹路径相同

目的
1、方便使用billfish进行全库的浏览与管理
