I came across PWA builder and it's pretty nice!

However, it seems MacOS support is omitted right now.
There is an archived repo for it:

Would be great if PWABuilder could also be used for Mac to cover all platforms.
That would enable it as an actual alternative to Electron-based multiplatform apps – build a proper PWA, wrap it with PWABuilder to get the best of both worlds of super-capable web app and native store deployment.

Have you considered any alternatives?

When going for a PWA workflow I'm not sure if there's a nice/clean alternative for Mac OS right now. There's still no proper installation flow for PWAs in Safari.

Try to enable macOS mode in xcode, for the project generated for iOS. It should work relatively well if I remember correctly.
