I am running on Pycharm an it's OK!
But .exe isn't good
error:No module named 'appname'
I am about fixing 7 days and didn't find the problem!!!

You seem pretty determined not to make life easy for yourself.

I suggest you use a terminal, activate the virtual environment, stop using --path to compensate for the fact that you've not activated the virtual environment, stop adding whole packages as data files to compensate for the fact that PyInstaller can't find them because you've not activated the virtual environment, actually read the instructions for how to use --collect-data, verify that your original code works from the terminal (running from PyCharm is not a valid way to test your code works), verify that pyinstaller is installed in the virtual environment rather than a global one, then build your application.

In addition to what Brénainn said, this "run custom script from external file that is collected as data file" approach means that none your "application" scripts undergo dependency analysis - so you will need to deal with missing modules yourself, by explicitly adding them all to hiddenimports.

is --hidden-import outapp or --hidden-import _internal.outapp?

In unfrozen python and at PyInstaller build time, those modules would be discoverable as _internal.outapp.* because of the way your code is organized.

But in the frozen application, you have for some reason chosen to collect the contents of that _internal directory (outapp, audio, font, image directories) into frozen application's top-level directory (which is also called _internal, but that is PyInstaller's implementation detail and is made irrelevant by the fact that this directory is in the frozen application's python search path; so this "content directory" can be renamed or even omitted depending on content_directory setting). So those modules-collected-as-data-files become accessible via outapp name (which was essentially the issue of #8449).

But if you collected _internal.outapp.* as proper modules via hidden imports, they would be collected into PYZ archive and accessible from there via _internal.outapp name, because that is actually their "true" name.
