Steps for Reproduction

1.Open URL: Quickstart - Quill Rich Text Editor (quilljs.com)
2.Paste the code present in the 'Additional Notes'.
3.Navigate to Run code and activate it using Enter key.
4.Navigate to Edit field.
5.Verify whether screen reader announces associated label name for edit field or not.

Actual behavior:

Label for the edit field is not programmatically associated under 'Access Request'.
