For better printing quality (sharper and crisper edges) and less file size, it might be a good idea to insert the smartphone symbol next to the QR code as a vector graphic and not as a raster graphic, , see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raster_graphics and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_graphics for a discussion on this.
