Rancher Server Setup

  • Rancher version: v2.8.3
  • Installation option (Helm Chart):
    • If Helm Chart, Kubernetes Cluster and version (k3s):

Information about the Cluster

  • Kubernetes version: v1.28.9 +k3s1
  • Cluster Type (Local):
    • If downstream, what type of cluster? (Custom/Imported or specify provider for Hosted/Infrastructure Provider):

User Information

  • What is the role of the user logged in? (Admin)

Describe the bug

Cluster Management --> Repositories --> Rancher:
Update failure: git -C /var/lib/rancher-data/local-catalogs/v2/rancher-charts/4b40cac650031b74776e87c1a726b0484d0877c3ec137da0872547ff9b73a721 fetch origin -- release-v2.8 error: exit status 128, detail: fatal: unable to access 'https://git.rancher.io/charts/': The requested URL returned error: 500

Branch: release-v2.8

Result

It appears that https://git.rancher.io/charts/ is having issues.

Expected Result

Repository to update

Additional context
I've tried opening the site with VPN on and on mobile to rule out the local network and getting the same result.
