ws 1 compatible autobahn with wait.js and docs

Just want to re-post some findings:
gist version of autobahn in the push example is pretty old now ~v0.8 and doesnt have wait.js library in it, which is needed for the RPC onCall features, http://socketo.me/docs/wamp#events

get an old enough autobahn with wait and with ws 1 support (later/est versions of autobahn support ws2) here:
