Phasing out Ray Docker images for Intel-based Mac OSX

Hey everyone!

We wanted to give you a heads up about a change we're planning for the Ray open source community. As of later this summer, we're going to discontinue publishing Ray images for Intel-based Macs.

We understand this might impact some of you, and we're open to feedback and suggestions on how we can make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone. Your input is valuable to us!
