I have a setup thats like this:
Within the Screen A context, theres a stack navigator. The user can jump around to screen B and back to screen A. If the user goes to screen B, and then opens the drawer navigator, the drawer will display that the user is still on screen A, since the state never changed for drawer itself.
Is there a way I can update the state in the drawer and tell it the current state is now screen B, WITHOUT making it actually do a screen transition? I want the push animation of the stack to be present.
I'm not sure if this is the right approach to the problem in the first place. What I want in the end is a drawer navigator that has two options, A and B (defaulting to A).
From A, you should be able to B, and vice versa (stack navigation, pushing and popping). But I want to make sure the drawer navigation always reflects the current state of the what the user has done
