Autolink members of method parameters

Say we have code like this:

class Foo {
	/**
		Foos around with `bar.b`!
	*/
	func f(bar: Bar) {}
}

struct Bar {
	var b: Int
}

In the documentation of f, we could link b to Bar.b.

Not sure how feasible which level of nesting is.
