Let's say that the ResponsiveContainer has debounce 0 and the width of the chart's parent increases/decreases with a nice transition when closing/opening the drawer.
As useLayoutEffect is triggered synchronously before the DOM mutations are painted, react-resize-observer would be fired sooner and it would improve the smoothness of the transitions, right?
