Get redis slave IP using sentinel so that read operation can be redirected to slaves.

Hi Community,
I am using Redis-Sentinel Setup.
I have a dotnet program that writes the data on redis master and reads from redis master.The program fetches master IP using sentinel and writes the data on it.
However I want to redirect traffic of reading to slaves so that the load on master gets down to minimal whenever reads happen.
I even tried with python program to get the slaves ip but the value always shows null when the output is printed.
