Add Chunking strategies for Airbyte file sources (GDrive, Onedrive, Sharepoint)

We have semantic chunking for files, we need to implement custom strategies that would work well with Airbyte based connections like Google Drive, Onedrive, Sharepoint and Confluence. We are currently chunking message by message for these sources which results in a single point per file.
