In which section would you include your suggestion? Please describe.

I'm suggesting mentioning "hacker-laws", this link: https://github.com/dwmkerr/hacker-laws
I don't know the section where we can put it.

Describe the skill you are proposing
the link lists and describes some super important timeless laws/patterns/principles for developers

Additional context
I hate useless noise. I love this list because it is small and concise.
I want to ask you if it make sense to mention that collection of laws: https://github.com/dwmkerr/hacker-laws

if we agree that it makes sense to insert it and where to put it. I'll create the pull request.
