IE TAB deployement

Hello,
I would like to deploy IETAB with Firefox on windows  2003 serveur silently for 
all user with ietab configured for a specific internal website. 

I managed to have Firefox deployed for all user. (with mainly 
http://www.mockbox.net/configmgr-sccm/174-install-and-configure-firefox-silently
 )
I managed to have IETAB deployed for all users (with 
https://support.mozilla.org/fr/questions/966922 ) 

But 
1) I don't know to have ietab préconfigured for a specific site for all user 
2) At first launch IE tab open a tab to the "welcome to IETAB" website 

Do you know how not to have this two events ?  Should I use add something to my 
default users.js   

I almsot reach my goal, please help me ...
